2. Services
NEXT by Movementor provides the following services, available as separate packages:
- Career Assessment Report
- Assessment + Online Guidance Session
- Assessment + In-Person Guidance Session
- Premium Career Planning
All services are described in detail on our website. Package inclusions are as stated at the time of purchase.
3. Eligibility
Our services are intended for students, young people, and early career professionals. By purchasing, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to make the purchase.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). Payment is processed securely through Zoho Payments. We do not store any card or banking details on our servers.
Prices are subject to change. The price applicable is the one displayed at the time of purchase.
5. Assessment Process
Upon successful payment:
- Your assessment portal link will be sent to your registered email or WhatsApp within 30 minutes
- The career assessment is conducted on DrawMyCareer (drawmycareer.com), a career guidance and counselling platform operated by Vocation Sketchers Edutech LLP
- You may retake the assessment up to three (3) additional times at no extra cost
- Your personalised career report will be generated and shared with you after you complete the assessment
6. Guidance Sessions
For packages that include a guidance session (online or in-person):
- Sessions are conducted by a qualified career professional assigned by NEXT by Movementor
- Sessions must be scheduled after the assessment is completed
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule
- Failure to attend without notice may result in forfeiture of the session
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms. In summary:
- No refund will be issued once your career assessment report has been shared
- Payment errors (double charge, incorrect deduction) will be investigated and refunded within 15 working days where confirmed

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and the NEXT by Movementor brand — is the property of Movementor Destinations Private Limited. The career assessment tool used on this platform is the intellectual property of Vocation Sketchers Edutech LLP, operating as DrawMyCareer. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this website or the assessment platform without prior written permission from the respective rights holder.
9. Facilitation Arrangement
NEXT by Movementor operates as a facilitation and guidance partner. The career assessment itself is provided by DrawMyCareer (Vocation Sketchers Edutech LLP) under a collaboration arrangement with Movementor Destinations Private Limited. By purchasing a NEXT package, you acknowledge that:
- The assessment tool and its methodology are the intellectual property of Vocation Sketchers Edutech LLP (DrawMyCareer)
- NEXT by Movementor facilitates your access to the assessment and provides career guidance based on your results
- Your use of the assessment platform is additionally subject to DrawMyCareer’s own terms and conditions, available at drawmycareer.com
9. Confidentiality of Reports
Your career assessment report is personal and confidential. It is prepared for your individual use. You may share it with family members or your educational institution, but may not distribute it commercially.
10. Limitation of Liability
NEXT by Movementor provides career guidance as an advisory service. Our assessments and counsellor recommendations are based on psychometric tools and professional experience. However:
- We do not guarantee specific academic or career outcomes
- Career decisions remain the responsibility of the individual
- Our liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question
11. Third-Party Services
Our services involve third-party platforms including Zoho Payments (payment processing) and DrawMyCareer by Vocation Sketchers Edutech LLP (drawmycareer.com) (assessment delivery). These platforms are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not liable for the actions or omissions of these third parties.
12. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
13. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thrissur, Kerala.
